[Ninja Village] Products

By : Gaj

This is how product creation and selling works in Ninja Village. You first harvest the resource from a farm, tree or Mine. These are then taken to the Ore Depot or the Lumber Depot. Food is not stored. Resources are then transfered from the deposits to the different workshops. The stronger your villager is, or the higher work ethic has, the more resources it will transport.

Once the workshop gets the necessary materials for the product set to be produced, it will craft it. Once its finished it will be taken out by your villagers and then transported to the shop.

Researches become available to unlock new type of products, and these become available once you sell a certain amount of a certain product. Although these upgraded products are more expensive, they require more resources to be created. Make sure you always keep your workshops crafting products, if they remain empty, the supply chain will be broken and empty shops do not generate money.

Ninja Village Products
All products that can be crafted through workshops and finally sold at shops are shown below. You will also see how much profit you make per unit sold, both from resources and final products. Some items required more than one resource to be created, and your villagers will carry less of them to take them at the same time.

[Ninja Village] Battles

By : Gaj

Ninja Village has 3 type of battles, each one with their own unique characteristics, we not only list all battles in the game, but also give you details that give you information to better plan your army.

Castle Battles
Most of the battles in Ninja Village belong to this category. You need both villagers and army units to take part of them, and you will be fighting enemy nations. Before the battle starts, your army needs to get there, and that takes a couple of minutes depending on the distance, in the game is measured in weeks. These battles, if won, will unlock almost all new buildings in the game, they are definitely the main priority if you want to quickly finish the game.

Infantry Focused Armies: what these armies basically do is create a huge infantry wall to absorb your shots and arrows. Focus on getting plenty of gunners and archers to reduce their infantry before charging with your own infantry
Archer Focused Armies: they will try to wipe out your gunners. You should focus on getting lots of cavalry and infantry. Arches on your side should be useful to get rid of enemy infantry. Forget about gunners as they are weak and will get destroyed quite easily
Gunner Heavy Armies: the enemy army will try to wipe out your infantry. The enemy does not have lots of infantry and archers themselves. Make sure to have lots of infantry and gunners, the archers should attack the infantry.
Cavalry Heavy Armies: the cavalry will mainly target your infantry. try to get as many gunners and and cavalry. These type of armies are actually the most difficult to defeat. The best strategy here is to max out all unit types and take them to battle.

Each battle has an enemy nation which is mainly made of a certain unit type. So each battle is unique and requires a different strategy and unity type combination. The table belows offers a lot of information to figure out which is the best formation strategy for that specific battle. Rewards obtained change as well.

All castle battles are listed below. Bear in mind that you will likely wont face enemy factions in the same order as shown below, and each time you win a fight, all remaining nations in the map become a bit stronger, so numbers do change a bit. Still, the list does show how powerful each nation is in average.

Villager Battles
Villagers battles are only for villagers, army units are not included. This time you will need to think a lot about which skills and equipment you have. Max out the attack power and max out HP are priorities.
Villagers battles get easier as the game progresses, as your team increases the size, but the enemy does not.

[Ninja Village] Buildings

By : Gaj

Below you will find the complete list of Ninja Village buildings. It’s not enough with placing them in free slots within your city, you also need to be aware that they should be close enough to create a perfect supply chain so you can make money much faster. Also, pay attention to the plants and decors bonus radius.

Plants and Decors
You can find plants and decors under the environment menu. What do plants like cherry trees and decors do?, they increase your village productivity. There’s a limited number of trees and decors that can be placed in the village. The slot where you put these buildings is actually key, since each one has an area radius where they can affect other buildings possitively. Here’s a tip, try to always place trees and decors in the center, while shops and factories should surround them.

Industry Buildings
Industry buildings produce the resources necessary to give your shops the material to create products. The only industry building which can be installed without limitations is the farm. Trees and Mines though, are limited, so boht ore and lumber output are limited. You need to put your resource areas near your shop areas, so your villagers take less time to carry the resource from one point to the other.

[Ninja Village] Formation Strategy

By : Gaj

4 types of forces/units are part of your army (when you start fighting for the shogunate, not before) in Ninja Village. These are Archers, Gunners, Infantry and Cavalry. All these forces need to be unlocked by defeating hostile clans in the map. Check out below how each force works;

Ranks
Gunners: these are the first troops to attack in any given round, if available. They are the ones that have the best damage output of all ranks, but cannot aim shoots at any specific group. Their defense is the weakest and they are placed behind the infantry, which leaves some chances of surviving the first round and attack again.

Archers: archers are the second rank to attack and can choose which group to attack. Although they are not strong and their defense is average, they are placed behind gunners, which gives a second layer of protection when attacked.

Infantry: the third group to attack. This rank is always the one that gets hit the most, so they both work as spear and shield, protecting other units behind them. This is why the biggest proportion of your army should be composed of Infantry, they are the less expensive to upgrade as well.

Cavalry: They are the last to attack, and deal more damage when there’s no cavalry on the other side. They deal less damage than gunners but more than infantry.

Upgrading Forces
You can increase your forces, whether they are cavalry, archers, gunners or infantry, by heading to Menu >> Forces >> Raise Troops.

Villager Battle Formation
There are important things you need to know if you are new to the game. The unit ranks WILL NOT appear in the formation screen until they are unlocked, that means that Villagers won’t get assigned to ranks/types that do not exist just yet. Secondly, how do you assign a villager to a certain rank?. Weapons are what determine where the villager go, NOT skills.

After reading the note above, you should carefully read the list below and see which rank is better both for your villager stats and skills, if they match, then that’s the place in the formation for your character, after that, choose your weapon accordingly.

This is actually a key guide to elaborate a battle strategy, because it allows you to determine where to position your village within the formation and also which are the best villagers for battle (see those that can fully upgrade their skills)

All Ninja Village Skills
Every single Villager has a skill. Some skills affect only the villager that has it, and others give a bonu to the unit they are grouped with. What does that mean?, that skills are the main factor that determines where your Villager performs better, working at the Village is also a possibility. Villagers Skills Upgrade Tree
Skills, just like Villagers, also level up, and you can do so a total of 3 times. HOWEVER, not all Villagers can fully upgrade the skills they are associated with, so that is a huge tip when you wonder, which is the best villager to level up first?
The Villager level at which the skill is upgraded is mentioned within brackets.

[Ninja Village] Villagers

By : Gaj

Below you will find the complete list of villagers available in Ninja Village, along with all their stats and how to unlock each one of them. The default equipment that they start with and skills. This guide, combined with others like army training and battles, allow you to create the best strategy for each different battle and maximize your village gold production.

Villagers Tips
Villagers do simply two things, fight and work on farms, mines, workshops, etc to produce resources and products. They work in the entire process from producing the resource, like food or ore, to delivering them to the workshops and then the shop to sell the final product to travellers.

There are two types of battles your villagers can take part in. Those battles where only Villagers are allowed, and others when your Villagers are part of a bigger army, made of infantry, gunners, cavalry and archers, each one goind to one of these types dedending on their weapon and skill.

Sending Villagers to raid or fight a clan costs gold, specifically costs 5gold per villager. Of course, those Villagers that leave to Battle stop working.

Villagers Stats
Attack (Atk): damage points your villager will deal, includes weapon bonus
Defense (Def): damage received each time is attacked
HP: health points, once a villager goes to 0, it draws
Strength (Str): villagers who have good str stats are the best for cavalry or infantry formations. Sword and spears are the weapons affected by strength
Marksmanship (Mrk): villagers who have good Mrk stats are the right ones to fit archers and gunners formations
Work: determines your villager’s performance in the village when transporting, harvesting resources and recovering energy at a house. Some villagers have great work stats, which make suitable to stay at the village all the time.

Villagers Training Costs
Training your villagers to level them up and thus being able to defeat more powerful clans is a must. Besides, you can also unlock skills, or upgrade them, in all workers. Most of the ones you hire come without skills, and need to be leveled up unlock it, bear this in mind. High level villagers are more powerful, but also cost more to send to battle. The max level a villager can reach is 30. Below you will find the table that details the cost of training villagers.

[Ninja Village] Tips & Tricks

By : Gaj

In Ninja Village, you run a ninja village in feudal Japan. Develop your secret ninja village as you fight to help the shogunate unify the country. This guide provides a detailed walkthrough to get started with all the gameplay features of Ninja Villa.

Basic Gameplay Flow

- Earn money by having your villagers make goods to sell to visiting travellers.
- Your primary objective though is to make your village grow by conquering neighboring districts, in order to do so, you must defeat warlords or use items to acquire new territory and expand it.
- Unifying Japan. As the game advances, your villagers will be able to join the shogun’s forces in battle. Send them to fight regional warlords and help unify Japan under the shogunate

Villagers
You start out with just two villagers. The only way to get more villagers is by successfully raiding new districts and clans. Local lords will join your village if you defeat them in battle. Defeating warlords can reveal other potential villagers who will join you if the price is right.
Training Villagers. You can spend money to strengthen your villagers through training. Raising their levels and making battles easier to win. Some may also learn new skills.

Travellers
You can earn money by selling travellers food from your fields or goods from your shops. New visitors may appear whenever you defeat a warlord.

Shops and Goods
Workshops produce goods from raw materials transported there, and those goods are then sold in nearby shops. The closer a workshop is to the source of materials, the more efficient its production.

Materials
Raw materials for producing goods are acquired from fields, trees, and mines. Tress and Mines can be removed and set up in new locations, so try to place them near workshops.

Travellers will also purchase raw materials from you directly. You can disable this via the menu when you want to conserve materials for production.

Decors and Environment
Things like cherry trees and flower gardens have a positive effect on their surroundings. They can enhance a home’s healing effects. boost a workshop or field’s productivity or increase a shop’s sales.

Battles
Your villagers fight alongside the shogun’s gunners, archers, infantry and cavalry. Each battle lasts up to three rounds. You don’t start out with all infantry types, the first line to be unlocked is the infantry, followed by >> archers >> gunners and finally cavalry.

Villagers selected for battle are automatically assigned to units based on their equipment. For example, a villager must have a melee weapon and a mount to be assigned to the cavalry.

Battle Formations. Villagers can be assigned to front, center, or rear battle ranks. Plan your formations strategically to gain and edge in battle.

The gameplay mechanics work the following way when all unit types are unlocked: Gunners will shoot first, followed by archers and then cavalry, the infantry is the last to attack. The same battle flow is applied on the following round, that is as long as there are units remaining on both sides.

Warlord Development. Whenever you defeat a warlord, those remaining grow stronger, so it’s vital to plot your order of attack carefully.

Once you start raiding clans to unify the shogunate (after the map becomes available), your troops will have to march for a couple of minutes, depending on the distance of that hostile clan from the castle. A small

Skills
Defeating warlords can bring you new technology. Acquiring sword technology, for instance, allows you to research new kinds of swords. Below is the list of villager attributes;
HP: character retreats if HP is rediced to 0.
Strength: affects attack power with swords and spears.
Marksmanship: affects attack power with bows and firearms.
Work: stronger work ethic means faster work and walking pace in the village. If you spot someone who seems to have too much free time, try instilling a better work ethic through training.
Skills: these five advantages when invoked, whether in battle or daily life.
Attack: affects damage inflicted on foes.
Defense: affects damage taken from enemy attacks.

Combat skills. Some skills, like strategy or arrow resist, affect all members of a character’s unit. The effect vanishes if that character is defeated.

Special equipment. Villagers equip a variety of special items, such as mounts to ride into battle and herbs to heal wounds automatically during combat. Many other valuable types are rumored to be out there as well.

Skills that affect an entire unit, like Strategy or Arrow Resist, last longer from members placed in the rear.

Expanding Your Village
After defeating the first 4 clans, before you start fighting for the shogunate, you will notice that there’s no land space available to expand your village. That situation remains the same until you defeat the Mori Clan, which unlocks extra land slots, which can be exchanged for “Land Deeds”. How to get deeds you say?, simply defeat those hostile clans that have land deeds as treasures, since you can see the treasures they hold before attacking, check them out until you see one with a land deed available.

Ninja Village Tips
Remember, not all villagers will come for free after defeating a clan, so make sure to always check the “Hire” option in the Villagers menu, try to get all the villagers you can, no matter if paid or free, since they are the key to increase your gold output.

Each villager performs better at a specific line in the formation, the Skill determines this. Check out our Villager guide to see which ones are the best for certain jobs. Some are just good for work while others excel at the front line in the battlefield.

Once you have a good amount of shops and workshops, you should turn off the option to sell raw resources to travellers, since your income is much better for selling goods than just raw materials.

Environmental decorations are indeed revelant, since the bonus provided to facilities nearby does make a difference. Make sure you place 1 decor, like Cherry Trees, in a radius which affects mainly shops and workshops.

End Game
The game does have an ending. The game “ends” at the end of Marh in the 16th game year. Your score is based on funds and points earned by the end. You can keep playing as long as you like afterward. At the end of the game some attributes can be transferred to your next playthrough
