You don’t need to use all 15 floors available to you in your mall. Some stores just aren’t as profitable as others. You are better off having a few floors with the most profitable stores, rather than all 15 floors with one of every store. Reducing the walking time of your customers will result in more profit for your mall
When levelling up stores, always go for Stock over Quality. Quality affects how many items your customers will buy at once, but a single customer will never buy more than 15 items in a single pass at your store. Capping a store”s quality at 100 wil nearly guarantee that 90% of the time, they will buy 15 items. Stock is a far more important stat to boost, as it directly affects how much profit you can make at a store. If you are concerned with meeting the Quality requirements for a regular customer, try adding a new service, moving the store to a compatible floor or hiring the appropriate staff member

Combos are the key to achieving ridiculous amounts of money in this game. Sale Price is the only stat that cannot be increased in any other way, bar levelling up the store. Always try to put stores into combos, to maximise your profits

Sales are only useful when you are trying to get a regular customer, or trying to achieve Rank #1 to unlock the Casino. Sales completely screw with the dynamics of your customer flow, and will result in a lot of them travelling to the store on sale, having to wait, and then walking away after it sells out. Once you have a high cash flow, and all regular customers, Sales become more of a liability
